The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI's) says the toys in the Happy Meals at McDonalds is making kids fat! CSPI is a Washington based consumer advocacy group that is going after McDonalds because they are "unfairly and deceptively" marketing toys to children.
McDonalds has stated that they only advertise two types of Happy Meals to children under the age of 12.
